Community Farming
Basic access to agricultural tools and seeds can save lives.
Basic farming equipment, methods, and access is key to helping communities maximize their productivity.
Through our Community Farming Program, we empower families to have enough for food for today and tomorrow. We’re fighting hunger by providing local communities with farming tools, seeds, and water.
We train individuals on sustainable farming practices and advocate for safer communities. CORI operates a Public Agricultural Tool library where people can check out tools for free and become self-sustaining farmers, all with a little help in the beginning.
Lend a Helping Hand in the Congo
Donations will be used to cover supply costs for families and any ongoing maintenance of community agriculture plots. CORI recently invested in a tractor and we hope to make much more farm land and community agriculture available to our community.
